Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to providing opportunities for young people to learn and grow. We offer programs that help students develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in school and beyond, including academic advising, tutoring, mentoring, career exploration, and leadership development. By working with schools, community organizations, and businesses, we ensure our programs meet the needs of each participant and support their success.

Elevating Futures (Year-Long Program, Aug–May)

Elevating Futures equips historically underserved students with the academic guidance, postsecondary planning, financial literacy, and investment tools needed to confidently pursue and afford their chosen college or career pathways. Through individualized advising and a college savings incentive, students learn to make informed decisions and build wealth early.

Dream Discovery Days: Summer Camp

Dream Discovery Days empowers youth to explore academic, career, and personal identities through immersive learning in ELA, math, life skills, and college/career readiness. The camp broadens exposure through guest speakers and curated college/business tours to spark purpose-driven dreams.

Empower-ED’s Parent Advising Program strengthens family support systems by equipping parents and guardians with financial, postsecondary, and advocacy knowledge needed to guide their child’s education journey. Parents become partners, not bystanders, in college and career planning.
